About Andress Eichstadt
As Staging Studio’s Creative Director, Andress leads the Staging Studio creative and marketing team. She also teaches stagers how to grow their social media platforms and optimize their online marketing efforts. Andress is also an Airbnb Superhost and teaches stagers how to style short term rentals.
Andress lives in Providence, Rhode Island with her husband and two young daughters. She is on the board of directors of her daughters' school, enjoys renovating their 170-year-old historic home, and loves traveling. Before joining Staging Studio, Andress worked on Capitol Hill in D.C. as a staffer and lobbyist, then went to Seminary and earned her M.Div. and worked as a pastor in Dallas, TX and Windsor, U.K. Andress was nominated for RESA’s Most Influential People in the Staging Industry award in 2020.

Julie Young and Debbie Boggs are the co-founders of Staging Studio, a RESA-accredited certification training provider, and the co-owners of BY Design Home Staging, a multimillion dollar home staging company. After creating a training program for their own team, they opened it up to stagers worldwide–giving other stagers the skills they need to launch & grow their dream jobs.
