As a Staging Studio franchise owner, you’ll operate within an established system and follow the brand standards and operating requirements that help create a consistent Staging Studio experience across every market. But you’ll still be the entrepreneur behind your business—building relationships, leading your team, making decisions, and driving growth in your local market.

Think of it as running your own business without having to build every system, process, and resource on your own.

Staging Studio wasn’t created in a boardroom—it was built through nearly two decades of actually running and growing a home staging business.

The systems, processes, training, and tools we provide were shaped by doing the work—staging homes, managing inventory, hiring and leading a team, building relationships, navigating challenges, and figuring out what it takes to grow beyond a small owner-operated business.

As a franchise owner, you get to build on that experience instead of figuring out every next stage of growth on your own. You’ll have proven systems, an established brand, ongoing support, award-winning education, and a community of other Staging Studio franchise owners building alongside you.

We’ve done a lot of trial and error so you don’t have to.

Our support doesn’t stop once your initial training is complete.

As you operate and grow your business, you’ll have ongoing business coaching and advisory support, training for you and your team, operational resources, marketing guidance, continued education, technology and system updates, and access to a community of fellow Staging Studio franchise owners.

And when you hit a new stage of growth—or run into something you haven’t dealt with before—you won’t have to figure it out on your own. You’ll have experienced stagers and established resources to turn to as you navigate what comes next.

Our territories are based on areas with a population of at least 250,000 people, giving franchise owners a meaningful market in which to build relationships and grow their local presence.

During the discovery process, we’ll look at your existing business, your market, available territory, and your goals to determine whether there’s a strong fit.

The discovery process is designed to give both of us the time and information we need to decide whether Staging Studio is the right fit.

You’ll get to know the franchise model, review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), ask questions, learn more about the systems and support, and talk with our team about your existing business and goals.

If we mutually decide to move forward and you sign a Franchise Agreement, we’ll then begin the onboarding and transition process for bringing your existing business under the Staging Studio brand.

Because every existing staging business is a little different, the transition timeline can vary. We’ll work with you to create a plan based on your business, team, inventory, systems, and market.
